Enjoyed staying in a recently renovated room with great amenities like a coffee maker, bathtub, and fridge, in a convenient location with friendly staff.

Besides, the location was convenient and decent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of University of Florida.

Everything was perfect, but a few employees where very unfriendly. I enjoyed the room, it was recently refurbished and decent sized and had a microwave oven, air conditioner, and an ironing set.

I loved how well-equipped and cozy my double room was with a microwave, refrigerator, and bathtub.

Possibly the best and relaxing stay for our road trip. Recently refurbished and well-maintained room with reliable Wifi, a new refrigerator, as example as expected. Fab food. Exceptionally nice location in nice quiet area, just off park, airport and downtown and the university👍😃

Over all the staff was accommodating. For the price I would stay again if I needed to.

The bathrooms could be updated and the small refrigerator had alot of scuffs on front door of the refrigerator. Some of blankets had cigarette holes in them and I was in a non smoking room.

Rooms are clean and come with convenient amenities like Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and reliable internet connection.

The hotel was clean, the staff were accommodating. The room was neat for the kids to run a play and they provided wake-up service when I asked. Amazing restaurant served Chinese specialties. I liked 10 nights there.

Convenient Location 🏨

This place is situated in a peaceful spot, close to the bus stop. I popped into the Perfectionists' Cafe for some yummy coffee and treats, which is just next door. I highly suggest checking it out!

Everyday, I had to check whether there were towels enough that were left by the cleaning staff. Most days there were not enough and I had to get some from the front desk.

We liked the manager and his family that ran the hotel. They were very attentive.

The rooms here are spacious and updated with very comfortable beds, plus they offer wake-up service and clean, tiled bathrooms.

As an experienced hotelier what I look for is quality of management. This property is being looked after by a wonderful couple. I unexpectedly needed to stay in Gainesville longer than originally planned (personal reasons) I was accommodated and offered the opportunity to keep the room into Saturday if I needed it. This is Gainesville on a weekend, need I say more?

What I would change about the room; walls are painted a shade of green reminiscent of an institutional facility, drapes did not close all the way, television's sound was hard to understand (even with the volume up).

The room here has been recently renovated and is wheelchair accessible, and the staff is excellent.
